Real-Time Internet Reports
We provide our clients real-time reports on the Internet. Each client logs on to their dealer's customized home page to view real-time results of our follow-up calls or service call responses. This means that managers, service advisors, sales associates and other dealership personnel have alert and critical service call information available within seconds. In addition, we send automatic emails to dealership personnel for alerts and other issues which require immediate attention.
Our customized real-time reporting allows our clients to identifiy areas of excellence as well as potential and real problems in their sales and service departments.
